Emma D. Kelly, M.A.

Emma Kelly brings extensive experience in human resource management, distinguished by her leadership, negotiation expertise, and commitment to fostering organizational excellence. 

She began her career as a high school educator, teaching business law, business management, and technology. Prior to her tenure in HR leadership, Emma served as an Assistant Principal where she managed teacher and counselor relationships and student operations. 

Emma has also served at the executive level for one of the largest school districts in the state of Michigan.  In her role as Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Emma achieved a landmark accomplishment as the chief negotiator of a comprehensive five-year contract with multiple employee groups, including teachers, clerks, classroom assistants, paraprofessionals, custodians, bus drivers, and executive administrators. 

A versatile leader with broad experience and deep knowledge in cultivating positive workplace cultures, Emma's ability to collaborate across diverse teams has equipped her with the expertise to manage all facets of human resources, from talent acquisition to labor relations.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and English and a Master’s in Business Administration.
