These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) outline the terms under which Conference Connext, d/b/a Two Cups of Tea Consulting, LLC (“Conference Connext,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides connection management and networking services (collectively, the “Service”) to individuals and organizations seeking to maintain and deepen relationships established at conferences (“Users”), which may be accessed through our website (the “Site”), mobile applications, and/or other channels. This Agreement applies to all individuals and entities who browse or use the Site and who access or use the Service (“you” or “Users”), including conference organizers, sponsors, attendees, and other participants. Please read this Agreement carefully. By using the Service, or indicating acceptance of this Agreement, you are entering into a legally binding contract with us (and you represent that you are of legal age and fully capable of entering into such an agreement). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use the Service.

THIS AGREEMENT CREATES A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND CONFERENCE CONNEXT AND INCLUDES AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE, WHICH MAY LIMIT YOUR ABILITY TO BRING CERTAIN CLAIMS IN COURT OR HAVE THEM DECIDED BY A JURY. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. 

Conference Connext provides tools and services to help participants maximize their conference experience through pre-scheduled meetings, professional networking support, and community-building tools designed to foster meaningful, long-term relationships among conference attendees. Conference Connext services are offered as an optional add-on at the time of your conference registration.

By purchasing the Conference Connext add-on, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older who have registered to attend a conference offering the Conference Connext add-on. By purchasing or using Conference Connext, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• The Conference Connext fee is a one-time payment made at the time of your conference registration.
• All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
• Conference Connext reserves the right to change pricing for future conference offerings at any time without notice.

By using Conference Connext services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during your conference registration and in your Conference Connext profile.
• Engage professionally and respectfully with other conference participants.
• Comply with all conference rules, codes of conduct, and applicable laws.

Conference Connext reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if a Participant engages in behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Conference Connext aims to provide tools and resources that enhance your conference experience. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Access to pre-scheduled meetings with other participants curated based on shared professional goals or interests.
• Personalized networking recommendations.
• Support and tools for maintaining relationships with other conference attendees between events.

While we strive to deliver these services with excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as much depends on your engagement with and use of the tools we provide.

By using Conference Connext, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data may be shared with conference organizers and other Conference Connext users solely for the purposes of facilitating networking and engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conference Connext and its parent company, RK Management Consultants, Inc., shall not be held liable for any damages arising from or related to your participation in Conference Connext services, including but not limited to missed meetings, unmet expectations, or disputes with other participants.

Conference Connext may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will apply to future conference events.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
