 Lily Glasser is the Director of Strategic Communications at Conference Connext, where she leads cross-functional initiatives to drive growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the organization.  

With a background in communications, change management, and corporate strategy, Lily specializes in translating complex business priorities into clear, actionable plans—crafting compelling narratives that align stakeholders and drive results. 

Prior to joining Conference Connext, Lily worked at Willis Towers Watson, where she advised senior leaders on transformation initiatives and enterprise communications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics from Barnard College of Columbia University.
