Monique Burt Williams

For more than two decades, Monique has counseled Fortune 500 companies, global law firms, and government agencies through complex workforce augmentation and talent management challenges. 

She formerly worked for a prominent litigation boutique, and was subsequently asked to join the legal division of a Fortune 100 workforce solutions company. While there, she built a consulting practice to address the various concerns of corporate law departments: legal operations and administration, outside counsel management & cost containment, recruiting, talent integration and professional development, contingent and remote workforce management.

For several years, Monique sereved as CEO of the nation's largest woman-owned search firm for in-house lawyers. In 2021, Inc. magazine named the Firm as one of the fastest growing companies in America.   

Monique serves on several boards that focus on affordable housing for seniors, global rights for women, professional development for young girls, and distressed children. She also volunteers for a domestic violence hotline.  

In 2022, Monique was honored by the American Lung Association as an "Outstanding Mother of the Year." The award honors women for successfully building their careers, nurturing their families, and improving their communities. Monique has been nominated as one of the "Most Notable Black Leaders in Chicago" by Crain's magazine, and she is often quoted by Forbes, The American Lawyer, Michigan Lawyers Weekly, Bloomberg, Stockhouse, and Business Insider.    

Monique is routinely engaged to speak on such topics as team building, corporate communications, professional development, time management, career transitions, and work-life balance.

She earned a B.A. with honors from the University of Michigan, and her J.D. (Order of the Barristers) from the Indiana University Mauer School of Law. She also studied International Business Transactions at the Sorbonne in Paris, France. 

Monique is an active member of YPO where she serves on the Membership & Engagement Committee.
