Rhea Norwood is the founder of Rheal Solutions™, a talent advisory firm built to help leaders navigate pivotal moments with clarity, confidence, and intention.  She partners with boards, executives, nonprofits, and investors to align talent strategy.

Rhea has held leadership roles at Capital One, Starbucks, Lowe’s, and Nike—bringing a rare combination of global HR expertise and sharp business acumen. Across industries, she has guided organizations and leaders through high-stakes transformations, always with a focus on results that last beyond the moment.

At Capital One, Rhea led talent strategy and organizational design for more than 5,000 associates, mobilized over 3,000 employees during the SBA COVID-19 stimulus response, and launched the Capital One HR Accelerator to fuel multi-million-dollar revenue growth. As Head of Belonging & Enterprise Strategy, she also introduced enterprise-wide innovations, including the Conditions of Belonging framework and award-winning accessibility solutions.
